This workout is effective enough to be your sole strength training regime, or used in conjunction to support the health of your body and lifestyle. We focus on increasing awareness and strength of your intrinsic muscles; the smaller muscles that support the larger primary muscle groups. It is a whole body workout improving over all balance and alignment. Pilates is perfect for the beginner and challenging enough for the avid fitness enthusiast.

Michele Pulaski

Balanced Body Pilates since 2005

Michele Pulaski's journey into health and wellness began as a dancer. She studied dance throughout her young adult and teenage years. In 2000 Michele began her career as a licensed massage therapist in Charleston SC. Learning the amazing capabilities the body has to function, build strength and heal grew as her clients implemented pilates into their massage program. This passion brought Michele back to the Charlotte area where she has been teaching pilates full time. In 2013 Michele opened Charlotte Pilates. Through Michele's journey as studio owner and instructor her drive is to help hold her clients accountable, to build and create workouts specific to what is going on in their body that day. Michele's most recent addition to her health and wellness career is becoming a certified Macro Nutrition Coach. Creating a program to help improve people's relationship with food and their overall wellbeing.
