Learn what class style suits you best

Pilates Mix — An hour that never repeats itself. Built on classic Pilates foundations with creative programming — props, barrels, and the occasional Tower spring — so no two classes feel the same. You’ll challenge your body, sharpen your movement, and leave stronger, more aligned, and confident in how you move.

Pilates Mixed Equipment — An energizing hour that moves you across the full studio — reformer, Tower, mat, and props in a single session. Classic foundations meet creative programming to build strength, flexibility, and balance, and no two classes look the same. Expect to be challenged, to move with intention, and to leave longer, steadier, and surer of your body.

Tower Fusion — The support of the Tower meets the resistance of springs. Slow, guided movement to lengthen muscle, open posture, and build steadiness from the center out. Every level welcome — you’ll leave feeling tall, strong, and grounded.

Group Reformer — A full-body session on the reformer, kept small so you’re never just a number. Spring resistance and smooth, controlled movement build strength, mobility, and alignment. New to Pilates or deep in your practice, you’ll leave longer, steadier, and recharged.

Root to Rise: Bone-Safe Pilates — Strength and stability, made gentle. A bone-safe session that flows from chair to mat with the Tower for support — built for active bodies that want better posture, balance, and confidence without strain on the joints. Ideal for older adults, anyone protecting their bones, or returning after a joint replacement.

“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness."
